MM7 Wily 2 - Screen 1

Use the Electrick Shock on teh sleds, and make your way to the ladder to climb up. 
 There is a hidden E-Tank on the bottom of of the first screen, behind the pictured pillar. The ground to stand on is similarly not visible.
