Mantis Stage
There are some Arcadia Soldier looking out windows. You need to dash jump to the left and pogo off one's head to just reach the platform with the Subtank.
Cyber Elves

Early in the stage but after the platforms the lava erupts up into spikes, look for a platform just off the top of the screen - you need to jump to see it.
Hold down with a charged Recoil Rod to Pogo into the air and get the chip. |

This is the double health elf
The elf is inside the building. Look for the ladder near two large Energy Crystal drops.
After climbing the ladder, there is a passage way up and to the left where the elf is located. |

The second minecart you see is at the bottom of a ladder. Stand next to it and strike it with charged Recoil Rod to move it.
After the room with timed enemy spawns, after a few ladders, there is a jump over spikes to a ladder. Sliding down the wall and holding left will get you to the same minecart you pushed under earlier.
