Any% Fight - Spring

Enter the room with Spring equipped and preferably charged. Hit Shade Man only with fully charged springs (you can get a quick opening uncharged spring in, but it will not reduce the number of full charge springs needed).

When Shade Man is hovering near the ceiling, hold up when releasing Charged Spring to make them bounce high. This will not work with uncharged Springs.

Just be sure to slide out of the way when Shade Man dives.

100% Fight - Super Adapter

The Super Adapter is highly effective against Shade Man, making him an excellent entry point to the second 4 robots on 100%.
